ClientPact is a software product built and operated by Kelmora, Inc., a Delaware C-corporation. Kelmora is a software company: we design, build, and run subscription software products. Billing, contracts, and support for ClientPact are all handled by Kelmora, Inc. The company is structured to operate more than one software product over time, and ClientPact is the one it operates today.
ClientPact is a web application for agencies that manage ongoing client projects. It records what each project's scope covers, flags work that goes beyond it, and turns those moments into documented change orders our customers can bill.
Customers buy ClientPact as a monthly subscription. Published plans range from $99 to $499 per month, priced by the number of active clients a customer manages rather than per seat. The only thing Kelmora sells is a subscription to the software.
Kelmora was founded by Brett Doyle, Chief Executive Officer, and Dustin Byers, technical co-founder.
Before Kelmora, Brett spent fifteen years in agency marketing and ran a HubSpot Platinum Partner agency. That is where he saw how much unbilled work agencies absorb, and what a product would need to do to stop it. That experience shaped the product. Kelmora does not offer agency, consulting, implementation, or other client services. We build software and sell it by subscription.
