These Terms of Service set out the rules for using ClientPact. Please read them carefully — they form a binding agreement between you and Voyageflow.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ClientPact, a scope-management platform operated by Voyageflow ("ClientPact", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms on behalf of yourself and any organization you represent.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the service.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use ClientPact. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep it up to date. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) according to the tier you select. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice; changes take effect at your next renewal.
You may cancel at any time; your subscription will remain active through the end of the current billing period and will not renew thereafter.
You agree not to misuse the service: no unlawful, infringing, or fraudulent activity; no attempts to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the platform; and no uploading of content you do not have the right to share.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that create risk or legal exposure for us or other users.
You retain all rights to the data you submit to ClientPact, including client, project, and scope information, and any data synced from connected services such as ClickUp or Slack. You grant us a limited license to process that data solely to provide and improve the service.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights and permissions to connect third-party integrations and to process the data they contain.
ClientPact is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated classifications, reports, and suggestions are aids only and may contain errors; you are responsible for reviewing them before relying on or acting upon them.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if required to do so by law. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends and we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the service or by email. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
